In Ruins

So, What do you do when your life seems to fall apart?  What do you do when you life becomes so unrecognizable, to you, that you feel like a spectator in YOUR OWN LIFE?  What to do, what to do?  Well, this is what I did and am doing,  I prayed, chanted, researched people who had to start over and am continuing to persevere.  Don’t at all misunderstand me, happiness is a choice, and although my situation has become dire, I’ve miraculously been blessed with happiness.  Now, there are days when positivity is an utterly foreign concept.  But when I make a conscience effort to be positive and gregarious, I find that more positivity is attracted and it also effects other people.

Liz Gilbert, author of Eat Pray Love, her autobiography, is an awesome writer.  There’s an awesome quote from the movie that says, “Ruin is a gift. Ruin is the road to transformation.”

So, that being said, don’t let the growing pangs and supposed setbacks devastate you, they are just an indication that renewal and regeneration is upon you.
